A year has passed since Attorney General Eric Holder vowed that the U.S. Justice Department would try the plotters of 9/11 in a federal court. We applauded his apparent commitment to the rule of law and a method of justice that is proven to work. Unfortunately his promise has not come to fruition as the process has unnecessarily and unbearably dragged on too long. And now there are reports claiming that the Obama Administration is contemplating keeping the plotters of 9/11 detained indefinitely, without any type of trial for the foreseeable future. This news is extremely upsetting to all of those who live to see the day that the perpetrators of the most horrific crime in American history meet their punishment in a federal court.

Tell Attorney General Holder that it’s time to bring the plotters of 9/11 to justice for their terrible crimes. Tell him they need to be tried in a federal court.
